Ingredientes

  • 1 lb hard white bread, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/3 c. dry apricots, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 c. sweetened coconut, shredded
  • 2 c. whole lowfat milk
  • 2 1/2 c. canned cream of coconut, such as
  •     Coco Casa or possibly Coco Lopez
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 6 lrg Large eggs
  •     Vanilla ice cream
  •     Whipped cream
  •     Toasted coconut
  •     Chocolate shavings
  •     Powdered sugar

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350:F. Line bottom of 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan with half of bread. Proportionately sprinkle half of apricots and shredded coconut over bread. Top with remaining bread cubes, apricots and coconut.
  2. Distribute proportionately.
