Ingredientes

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 c. riced potatoes
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 cakes compressed yeast
  • 1 c. shortening, melted
  • 3 c. lukewarm lowfat milk
  • 8 1/2 c. flour

Direcciones

  1. Knead till smooth but not a stiff dough. Let rise, roll thin and cut out. Let rise 40 min. Fry in oil. If a glazed donut is wanted while they are hot.GLAZE: Take powdered sugar, water and a little butter. Stir as heavy cream.
