Receta Rajitha’s Eggless Black Forest Cake Using Idli Cooker
Ingredientes
- 2 cups Maida/all
- purpose flour + 2 tbsp. for dusting
- ½ tbsp. Baking
- powder
- ¼ tbsp. Baking soda
- ½ cup Milk
- ½ cup melted Butter + ½ tbsp. for greasing
- 4 tbsp. unsweetened
- Cocoa powder
- ¾ tbsp. Vanilla
- extract
- 3/4 tin Condensed
- Milk
- Pinch of Salt
- FOR ICING:
- 2 cups Whipped
- cream, check NOTES
- 2 tbsp. Icing sugar
- ½ tbsp. Vanilla
- essence
- FOR FILLING &
- GARNISH:
- ½ cup fresh Cherries
- 3-4 tbsp. Dark chocolate shavings
- FOR SUGAR SYRUP:
- ¼ cup Water
- 2 tbsp. Sugar
- ¼ tbsp. Vanilla
- brush sugar syrup on top of each layer. Gently spread ¼ inch thick icing on top
