Ramadan is a month of huge blessing for all the Muslims around the world, no matter from where they belong or live. This month brings the lots of changes, indeed the good changes in our live as we celebrate the whole month in prayers, fasting and good deeds.

I always feel true contentment during this holy month. The Sahoor, regular fajar prayers and Tilawat e Quran is what make my good start of the day. As my day’s routine remains the same, but it just feel something good inside me because fasting keep us pure and give us patience, modesty and spirituality. Preparing the Iftari with my Mom is far more pleasure for me than preparing regular dinner in the kitchen. All in all, every next day of Ramadan make me more closer to Allah and give me reason to become a good person.

For the special period of Ramadan fasting, today I’m sharing Chicken Kebab Burger recipe here on Lubna’s blog. This can be right addition to your Iftari if you don’t like too much fried stuffs and even to the kids Iftar party/Roza khushai. It’s quite better, delicious and hygienic than market brought.

Chicken Kebab Burger

INGREDIENTS:

FOR KEBABS:

PREPARATION:

FOR KEBABS:

In a pan heat up the oil over medium heat. Add chicken, ginger-garlic paste, fry them for 3 mins.

Add green chilli, onion and salt, stir together, let it on heat until onion soften and chicken cooked. (Stir occasionally)

Transfer chicken mixture into the blender, add in white pepper and bread crumbs. Blend them all together.

Divide blended mixture into four parts, make round kebabs of each part using your hand. (kebabs size should be equal to bun size you’re using)

Heat up 2-3 tbsp cooking oil in a pan.

Dip chicken kebab into the flour then into the egg and lastly into breadcrumbs.

Pan fry these kebabs in 3 tbsp of oil for 2-4 minutes on each side.

ASSEMBLING:

Slit the buns and toast them in the pan with bit of butter. Spread mayo over one slice, place kebab over other and so on place salad leaves, coleslaw, ketchup, tomato, cucumber or as many things as you like. In your way you can decorate the burgers that make people hungry only at on glance. ENJOY!

Hope that you’ll try my recipe and like it.

May Allah shower his mercy upon us on this blessed month and accept all of our duas and prayers in this holy month. Cure the ill, help the poor, guide us on the righteous path..The People who are going through a lot in their lives and have problems, May Allah solve all of their problems. Ameen. 🙂

Remember me and all the Muslims in your Prayers and Have delicious Iftari with this delish Burger! 🙂
