This is the easiest soup on the planet! A lady I used to work with made it for office luncheons, and she gave me the recipe. You're going to love how easy and delicious it is!

Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2- 2 lbs lean ground beef
  • 3 cans Ranch Style Beans
  • 3 cans Rotel tomatoes (use mild if you don't want it too spicy)
  • 3 cans Campbell's Minestrone
  • 1 can corn, drained

Direcciones

  1. Brown ground beef in dutch oven, drain if necessary.
  2. Add all cans listed above.
  3. Cook for 20- 30 minutes.
  4. Serve with crackers or corn bread.
