Ingredientes

  • 1 tsp Whole or possibly grnd allspice
  • 1 tsp Cardamom seeds
  • 1 stk cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Coriander seeds
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp Blade or possibly grnd mace
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Whole cloves
  • 1 tsp Grnd ginger
  • 1 tsp Peppercorns
  • 1 x -inch piece of galangal (opt.)
  •     Piece of long pepper (opt.)
  • 1 tsp Cubebs (opt.)
  • 1 tsp Grains of paradise (opt.)

Direcciones

  1. Place allspice, cardamom seeds, cinnamon, and coriander and cumin seeds together in a saute/fry pan over medium heat nd dry-roast, shaking pan often, till they give off an aroma, about 5 min.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a mortar or possibly a clean coffee grinder and grind to a pwdr. Store in an airtight container.
