Ingredientes

  • 1 x 10 1/2 ounce pkg lite silken tofu, extra hard
  • 1 med Frzn banana, minced
  • 1 c. Frzn raspberries
  • 1/3 c. Maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 3/4 c. Fresh raspberries, garnish

Direcciones

  1. Place 2 quart metal bowl in the freezer. Blend tofu till smooth. Blend in the frzn banana & raspberries. Add in maple syrup, lemon juice & vanilla. Blend till smooth. Pour into the chilled bowl. Cover with plastic wrap & aluminum foil. Freeze for 4 hrs or possibly overnight. Transfer mousse to a food processor & return the empty bowl to the freezer. Blend the mousse to an ice-cream like consistency. Return to the cilled bowl & freeze for at least 2 hrs. Scoop into dessert c., garnish with fresh raspberries & serve.
