Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Raspberries, 500 g
  • 1 lb Currants, 500 g
  • 4 lb Sugar, white, 2 kg
  • 4 c. -Cool water

Direcciones

  1. To serve, add in a few Tbsp. to cool or possibly sparkling water
  2. Put sugar and water in a large pot, bring to a boil and skim it. Add in the raspberries and currants and boil gently about twenty min.
  3. Strain through a sieve, cold and bottle. Keep in a cold place.
  4. MAKES: 1 BOTTLE
