Ingredientes

  • 3 x egg whites
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 3 1/2 Tbsp. raspberry gelatin pwdr Jello
  •     (dry mix and NOT sugar free)
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 c. miniature chocolate chips *NOTE

  1. Makes 2 dozen or possibly more
  2. Beat egg whites with salt till foamy. (in small bowl, blend jello pwdr with sugar) Add in to egg whites gradually. and beat till stiff peaks form and sugar is dissolved. Fold in vinegar. Mix in chocolate chips. Drop by tsp. onto ungreased cookie sheet that has been lined with brown paper. Bake 25 min in preheated 250 oven. Turn oven off BUT Don't OPEN OVEN DOOR! Leave in oven another 20 min to dry cookies. These are so pretty to serve during the holidays. They Don't freeze well though. Keep stored in tightly covered container. These won't stick around very long, I promise.
