Raspberry mocha brownies

With this brownie recipe you will enjoy the combination of chocolate and fruit in every bite.

Ingredientes

  • 1 box brownie mix, or your favorite brownie recipe
  • 1 bag (12 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp instant coffee
  • 1 pkg (8 ounces) cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup raspberry jam

Direcciones

  1. Make brownies as directed on box or bag.
  2. Add 1 tsp instant coffee to mixture.
  3. Bake brownies as directed and allow them time to cool.
  4. Mix cream cheese in mixer until light and fluffy.
  5. Add sugar and jam and mix until combined.
  6. Melt chips in microwave, stirring often to prevent burning. About 1-11/2 minutes.
  7. Add remaining 1 tsp coffee to this mixture.
  8. Fold melted chocolate into cream cheese mixture.
  9. Spread topping over brownies and chill for at least an hour before cutting.
