Receta Rava Maladdu
Ingredients:
- Rava - 1 cup, finely powdered
- Sugar - 1/2 cup, powdered
- Cashewnuts - few, fried
- Raisins - few, fried
- Nutmeg Powder - a pinch
- Ghee - 3/4 cup
Edible Camphor - a small pinch
Method:
1. Combine the rava, sugar, cashewnuts, raisins, nutmeg powder and camphor in a bowl.
2. Mix well and add ghee.
3. Shape into small balls and place them on a plate to harden.
4. Store in an airtight container.
5. Serve.
