Ingredientes

  • 500 gm Side of fresh undyed smoked haddock
  • 3 x Limes, juice of
  • 1 x Red chilli, seeded and finely minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Shallots, finely minced
  • 50 ml Dark rum
  •     A peppermill filled with black peppercorns

Direcciones

  1. Trim haddock and remove the skin. Slice thinly at an angle and lay out on a serving dish and cover with the remaining ingredients and serve.
