Ingredientes
500 gm Side of fresh undyed smoked haddock
3 x Limes, juice of
1 x Red chilli, seeded and finely minced
2 Tbsp. Shallots, finely minced
50 ml Dark rum
A peppermill filled with black peppercorns
Direcciones
Trim haddock and remove the skin. Slice thinly at an angle and lay out on a serving dish and cover with the remaining ingredients and serve.
