Photo by Shauna One of my favorite dinner recipes is my Creamy Chicken Marsala.  I recently made this for my dad's birthday.  Olive 2 ounces bacon, cut into 1/4 inch 1/2 medium onion, 8 ounces of mushrooms, Flour for dredging (about 1/2 1 lb of skinless, boneless chicken breasts, butterflied or pounded into thin Kosher Freshly ground black 3/4 cup dry Marsala 1/2 cup heavy Minced fresh flat-leaf Heat a large skillet to medium-high and coat with olive oil.  Add in bacon and cook until crisp.  Remove from pan and set aside.
