- 1 large onion
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 1 tbsp. Paav Bhaji masala
- 1 tsp. ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp. Kasuri Methi (dried Fenugreek leaves)
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Water as required
