Prepare for Cinco de Mayo with this recipe for lamb tacos. 1 6-9 pound American leg of lamb 2 tablespoons olive oil 2-3 packs of taco seasoning Tortilla Shells Cilantro/lettuce/salsa (Any of your favorite toppings) Add olive oil to the slow cooker.  Season the leg with taco seasoning.  Turn on the cooker to low and let it go for 10 hours.  The results:  Tender juicy lamb when you walk in the door from work.  Put lamb into tortilla shells and top with your favorites.  Such a treat!
