When I started my weight loss and healthy living journey, resulting in a loss of 30 pounds (see before & after photos), I knew one thing for certain…

If it didn’t taste good, I wouldn’t be eating it for long.

And then a wheel of Brie would somehow make it into my fridge. Then everything would go to the dogs.

All of these recipes were chosen because they are exactly the sorts of things that my family and I love to eat. There are plenty of herbs and spices, there is comfort without the calorie overload and there’s flavor in every bite.

They’ll make you forget that “diet” word and make you fall in love with good, clean eating all over again.
