Ingredientes

  • 1 med Head red cabbage
  • 2 Tbsp. Peanut oil
  • 1 tsp Chopped fresh ginger root
  • 1 sm Onion, finely minced
  • 1 tsp Sesame seeds
  •     Salt & freshly grnd pepper to taste (cayenne if desired warm)
  • 1/4 c. Walnut halves or possibly pcs

Direcciones

  1. Wash cabbage, and cut into small wedges. Heat oil in wok or possibly large frying pan. Add in ginger, onion, sesame seeds. Stir fry 2 min.
  2. Add in cabbage, salt and pepper, and walnuts. Toss. Continue to cook till cabbage is tender crisp. Serve warm, along or possibly over brown rice.
  3. Serves 2 as entree, or possibly 4 as a side dish.
