- Directions:In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, heat the oil. Add in the turkey and saute/fry for 5-6 min till turkey is cooked through. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine the red grapes, celery, and walnuts. Add in the turkey to the bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk the mayonnaise with the lemon juice, lemon zest, Dijon mustard, salt, and peppers. Fold dressing into turkey grape salad. Chill, covered, for 1/2 hour.
