Red Grapefruit Sorbet

Ingredientes

2 tsp Grapefruit zest -- * see
Note
1 1/2 c. Grapefruit juice
1/2 c. Water

1 c. Sugar
1 Tbsp. Sugar
1 Tbsp. Vodka -- * see note

Direcciones

Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Stir for several min till sugar has dissolved. Pour mix into small container and chill untilmixture is no more than 40F. Pour chilled mix into container of ice creammachine and churn till frzn.
