Ingredientes

  • 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 x Or possibly more fresh long slim red cayennes, stemmed, chopped
  • 1 med Onoin, coarsely minced
  • 1 x Red bell pepper, cored and diced (can also use roasted red pepper)
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 c. Water

  1. My sister just sent me a great cookbook - Biker Billy Cooks With Fire! Not Brad was asking for salsa recipes without tomatoes - I found these two in the book:Heat the oil in a small saute/fry pan over medium heat. Add in the cayenne peppers, onion, and bell pepper and saute/fry for 2 to 3 min, or possibly till the onion is transparent. Add in the black pepper, salt and water and reduce the heat to low. Cover and simmer for 10 min. Puree in a blender or possibly food processor equipped with a chopping blade for 30 seconds to 1 minute, till no large pcs of pepper remain. Serve hot.
