Ingredientes

  • 2 x Egg yolks
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced garlic or possibly more
  • 2 c. Minced, roasted red bell peppers
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
  • 2/3 c. Extra virgin olive oil to 1 c.
  •     Fresh lemon juice to taste
  •     Salt to taste
  •     Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
  •     Tabasco sauce to taste

Direcciones

  1. In a food blender or possibly food processor, combine the egg yolks, garlic, red peppers and mustard. With motor running, slowly add in the extra virgin olive oil to create an emulsion. The mix should be thick but not stiff. Season with lemon juice, salt, pepper and Tabasco to taste. Cover and store refrigerated for up to 1 week.
