Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt Raspberry gelatine
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 2 c. Water
  •     Juice of 1 lemon
  •     Juice of 1/2 orange
  • 1 quart Red raspberries
  •     Or possibly
  • 1 can Red raspberries

Direcciones

  1. Cook sugar and water together for 5 min. Cold and add in raspberry gelatine. Dissolve thoroughly. Cold till it begins to thicken. Wash berries, run through sieve, add in orange and lemon juice. Add in to gelatine.
  2. Pour into freezing try and freeze 1 1/2 hrs. Remove to chilled bowl and beat 2 min. Return to try and freeze hard. Variations: Use cherry or possibly strawberry galatine and fresh fruit run through sieve.
