Ingredientes

  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, chopped/minced
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 cup uncooked long grain rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 (4.5oz) can chopped green chilies
  • 3 Tbl tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

Direcciones

  1. saute onion and garlic in hot oil in a large saucepan over medium high heat 3 minutes or until onion is tender
  2. Stir in rice and next 3 ingredients, bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat and cook 20 minutes
  4. Remove from hear and stir in green chilies, tomato paste, and parsley
