Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. Uncooked long grain brown rice
  • 1 can (16 ounce) diced tomatoes, including juice
  • 1 can Kidney beans, rinsed
  • 1 x Green peppers, minced (up to 2)
  • 1 lrg Onion, minced
  • 1 tsp Cumin (up to 2)
  • 1 tsp Basil
  • 4 x Cloves garlic, chopped (up to 6)
  • 1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
  • 3 c. Vegetable broth
  •     Tabasco sauce to taste

Direcciones

  1. Put everything into a large saucepan, cover, and cook till rice is tender, about 40-45 min. Leftovers taste good topped with your favorite salsa and rolled up into a WW tortilla. Add in letuce and tomato if you wish.
