Ingredientes

  • 2 sticks butter
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 6 lg. large eggs
  • 3 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 3 T cocoa
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 1 ounce red food color
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 (8 ounce) cream cheese

Direcciones

  1. Cream butter and sugar. Add in large eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Add in flour, baking pwdr and cocoa alternately with buttermilk and red food color. Add in vanilla. Pour into greased and lightly floured 10-inch tube pan and bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour and 20 min or possibly till done.
  2. Put together all ingredients beating till smooth.
