Red, White and Blue Cheese Burgers
- You can stuff a bit of the blue cheese right in the burger if you prefer

- Ingredients
- 16 ounces 93/7 ground beef
- salt & fresh ground black pepper
- 4 English Muffins
- Roasted Red Pepper strips
- crumbled blue cheese about 2 Tbs per burger)
Directions
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
shape the ground sirloin into four patties.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cook the burgers on both sides over the hot grill for about 5 to 6 minutes per side for medium burgers.
Lightly toast the English Muffins on the grill.
Serve the burgers on toasted muffins with red pepper spread,crumbled blue cheese.
