Ingredientes

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 3 c. red wine a fruity Merlot, Zinfandel or possibly Beaujolais
  • 3 c. raspberries fresh or possibly frzn

Direcciones

  1. In a nonreactive saucepan, bring the sugar, water and red wine to a boil. Boil 1 minute. Remove the pan from the heat and add in the raspberries. Cover and steep at least 1 hour.
  2. Pass the mix through a food mill fitted with a fine disk, or possibly press it through a fine sieve with a rubber spatula.
  3. Refrigeratethe mix thoroughly, then churn in an ice cream freezer according to the manufacturer's instructions.
