Ingredientes

3 quart Sliced cucumbers
1 lrg Onion, cut in rings
1 lrg Bell pepper, cut in rings
1/2 c. Salt

3 c. Sugar
2 c. White vinegar
1 tsp Celery seed
1 jar (4-ounce) minced pimento

Direcciones

Arrange cucumbers, onion rings & bell pepper rings in jars. Combine remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour mix over cucumbers. Store in refrigerator. Ready to eat in 7 days & will keep up to 12 months in refrigerator.
