I made this delicious sauce the first time for fried shrimp po' boys, but it will do just as well with beef, ham, turkey, as well as crab cakes, etc.

Ingredientes

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 T grainy mustard
  • 2 T chile sauce or ketchup
  • 2 T minced celery
  • 2 T minced scallions
  • 1 T fresh lemon juice
  • 1 T chopped parsley
  • 1/2 T Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 clove minced or pressed garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Tabasco to taste

Direcciones

  1. Combine in a mixing biowl and chill for several hours.
