Receta Renee's Healthy Spinach Dip

Ingredientes
- 2 pkg. minced spinach (frzn)
- 1/2 pt. lowfat yogurt
- 1/2 pt. lite salad dressing (mayonnaise type)
- 1 env. (dry) vegetable soup mix
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1 T chopped green onion
Direcciones
- Drain and chop water chestnuts. Thaw spinach and squeeze very thoroughly. Mix all ingredients together and chill for at least 2 hrs before serving. Can be made the day before.
