A great Sandwhich turned into a amazing dip that everyone just gobbles up in seconds.

Ingredientes

  • 1/2 Cup Corned beef - small dice
  • 1/4 Cup Sauerkraut - squeezed & drained
  • 1/4 Cup Swiss Cheese - grated
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 Cup Thousand Island Dressing
  • 4 slices Rye Bread
  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil

Direcciones

  1. Mix all the ingredients except the rye in a oven safe dish.
  2. Bake at 350 til melted.
  3. As it bakes get a cookie sheet, brush the rye with the olive oil. Put in the oven til lightly toasted.
  4. Serve together
