Receta Rhubarb Cranberry Apricot Fruit Filling
Ingredientes
- 2 c Rhubarb, fresh or frozen, chopped
- 2 c Cranberries, fresh or frozen, whole
- 2 c Apricots, fresh, pitted, chopped
- 1 c sugar
- 1/4 c water
- 1/4 c raspberry liqueur or cranberry juice
- 2 T lime juice, fresh squeezed
- 2 T orange juice, fresh squeezed
- 1/8 t salt
- 1/4 c loganberry, boysenberry, or grape jelly
- 1/2 c sugar
- 2-4 T all purpose flour
- Substitutions: 2 c fresh blueberries for the Apricots or
