Ingredientes

  • 4 c. rhubarb, cut up
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/3 x to 2 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/3 c. margarine

Direcciones

  1. Place rhubarb in 10 x 6" baking dish. Sprinkle with salt. Measure sugar, flour and cinnamon into bowl. Add in butter and mix thoroughly till mix is crumbly. Sprinkle proportionately over rhubarb. Bake at 350 for 40 to 50 minutes. or possibly till topping is golden. Serve hot with lowfat milk, light cream or possibly sweetened whipped cream.
