Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Rice Flour, Unsifted
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3 tsp Baking Pwdr
  • 4 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 2 x Egg Yolk
  • 4 Tbsp. Shortening
  • 1/2 c. Coffee Rich, Diluted
  • 2 x Egg Whites, Well-Beaten

Direcciones

  1. Combine and sift flour; baking pwdr; salt. Cream softened shortening.
  2. Then cream with sugar till well blended. Stir in unbeaten egg yolks. Add in flour alternatively with the coffee rich, mix in the well beaten egg whites. Spread into a well-greased loaf pan 8x4x3. Bake in a preheated oven at 325F for about 45 min, till a toothpick comes out clean. If browner loaf is desired, raise temperature to 450F for the last 5 min of baking. Remove from oven, let stand about 5 min. Turn out on a rack to cold.
