Receta Rice Rolls
Ingredients:
- Rice – 1 cup, cooked
- Gram Flour – 2 tsp
- Wheat Flour – 1 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder – 2 tsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
- Coriander Leaves – handful, chopped
- Salt as per taste
- Oil as required
Method:
1. Combine all the ingredients, except oil, in a bowl.
2. Mix well and shape into small rolls.
3. Heat oil in a pan over medium flame.
4. Fry the rolls till golden brown.
5. Remove and drain excess oil.
