Receta Rice with Junk (Shrimp and Edamame)
Ingredientes
- Veg and Shrimp
- 1 lb gulf shrimp, cleaned and deveined
- 1 bag of edamame, shelled
- 1 large onion, sliced thin
- 3 dried chili peppers
- 1 T sesame oil
- Sauce
- 2 T creamy peanut butter
- 1/3 C soy sauce
- 4. Add shrimp. Cook shrimp until they are pink and forming the letter âc'. (Remember, âcâ means cooked, âoâ means overcooked)
