Ingredientes

  • 150 gm Plain Flour
  • 180 gm Butter
  • 15 ml Castersupar
  • 1 x egg yolk
  • 10 ml Cool Water

Direcciones

  1. Place flour butter and sugar in the bowl and mix on Speed 1 increasing to Speed 3 till the mix resembles coarse breadcrumbs.
  2. Blend the egg yolk and water and add in to the mix using speed 1 to create a dough.
  3. Roll out on a lightly floured board and use for sweet tarts flans and pies.
