Rich Soup with Pork, Mushrooms and Tomatoes

I couldn't even notice how I ate my bowl of this soup, it is so delicious.

Ingredientes

  • 1lb pork
  • 2 onions
  • 113g sliced whole mushrooms from can
  • 411g diced tomatoes in syrup from can
  • 1/3 beef flavour stock cube
  • salt, pepper, ground paprika to taste

Direcciones

  1. Dice pork (2-3cm pieces).
  2. Peel onions and chop (1 cm pieces). Fry in saucepan.
  3. Add pork to saucepan and fry evenly.
  4. Dissolve beef flavour stock cube to make 1 cup of stock. Pour stock in saucepan.
  5. Add mushrooms, tomatoes with syrup. Add salt, pepper and ground paprika to taste. Stew for 15 mins.
  6. Serve hot.
