- ½ cup water
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 2 tsp garam masala or ground allspice
- ½ tsp ground nutmeg
- ½ tsp turmeric
- 1/2 kilo chicken thighs or breast (boneless, skinless) diced
