Ingredientes

  • 3 lrg bananas
  • 2 x Large eggs beaten
  • 6 ounce Soft dark brown sugar
  • 4 ounce Ricotta cheese
  • 10 ounce Self-raising flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Bicarbonate of soda
  • 2 ounce Minced nuts or possibly dry fruit

Direcciones

  1. Mash the bananas. Beat in the ricotta cheese, sugar and Large eggs. Sift the flour with the salt and bicarbonate of soda and gradually mix into the banana mix. Stir in the nuts or possibly fruit. Pour into a greased and lined 2lb/1kg loaf tin and bake in a preheated oven at gas mark 4/180C/350F for about 1 hour or possibly till skewer comes out clean.
