Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. Cream
  • 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 slc bacon, optional, Depending on meat chosen
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • 3/4 c. Cubed brioche
  • 1 x Green onion,sliced
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. Cubed meat
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced fresh parsley
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Freshly grnd black pepper
  • 1/2 c. Cubed mozzarella cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. Freshly grated Parmesan Cheese

Direcciones

  1. In a small saucepan,bring lowfat milk and cream to a boil.Set aside.Saute/fry bacon till crisp;drain and crumble.Set aside.Place butter in saucepan over medium heat and toss brioche cubes to brown.Halfway through, place minced green onion in pan and saute/fry with brioche till wilted. Set aside. In a large bowl,whisk together flour and Large eggs till smooth.Add in meat, parsley,salt,pepper and mix again.Pour into greased 8 x 8" baking dish.
  2. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese cubes proportionately over top,followed by toasted brioche-onion mix.Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and crumbled bacon.
  3. Bake till set and lightly browned,about 30 min.Let cold at least an hour before serving.
