Ingredientes

  • 2 lb Grnd round
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Oil
  • 3 Tbsp. Cumin seed
  • 1 Tbsp. Paprika
  • 2 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 2 cl Garlic, chopped
  • 2 x Onions, minced
  • 3 Tbsp. Masa flour
  • 2 x 7oz can diced green chiles
  • 3 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
  • 12 ounce Beer
  • 10 ounce Can beef broth

Direcciones

  1. In a large skillet, brown grnd round and salt in heated oil. Add in cumin seed, paprika, Tabasco, garlic, and onions to beef. Sprinkle mix with masa flour. Toss gently. Add in green chilies and chili pwdr. Add in beer and broth. Mix well to blend all ingredients. Add in water if mix is too thick. Cook covered 2 hrs, stirring occasionally. A Warm Texas variety
