Ingredientes

  • 1 whole chicken
  • Rub:
  • ¼ tsp. Paprika
  • ¼ tsp. Cumin
  • ¼ tsp. Garlic Powder
  • ¼ tsp. Curry
  • ¼ tsp. Salt
  • ¼ tsp. Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Direcciones

  1. Preheat Oven 350 degrees:
  2. Combine all of the ingredients for the rub in a small bowl.
  3. Rub the clean chicken down with this rub: outside and under the skin.
  4. Place chicken in a baking dish and bake until the juices from the thigh run clear.
