Roast Parmasen Potatoes

I love making these. They're so easy and an excellent side dish to any meat.

Ingredientes

  • Russet Potatoes-- 3 or so for two people, depending on size
  • 1 yellow or sweet onion
  • grated parmesan cheese
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • garlic powder

Direcciones

  1. Preheat the oven to 425.
  2. Wash the potatoes and cut into equal sized pieces. About 1 inch or so.
  3. Cut the onion into a large dice.
  4. Mix the potato and onion in a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.
  5. Lightly grease a cookie sheet and lay the veggies in an even layer.
  6. Sprinkle grated parmesan over the entire lot; you can sprinkle tons or just a little.
  7. Roast until the potatoes are crispy outside and flaky inside, about 30 minutes or so.
