Roast Pork Tenderloin Ala-Orange

A wonderful supper for a family of four. The flavors meld so well together. Its a winner-Y'All!

Ingredientes

  • 5 pound Boneless Pork Tenderloin Roast
  • 1/2 cup low sodium vegetable stock/broth
  • Black pepper, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin (add several dashes of each, mix and sprinkle over tenderloin roast)
  • 1/4 cup Pure Florida Orange Juice
  • 1-5 ounce can mandarin oranges with natural juices
  • one tablespoon Pure Honey
  • one tablespoon dark brown sugar

Direcciones

  1. Pre Heat Oven 375 F
  2. Place seasoned Pork Tenderloin Roast in a baking dish with vegetables stock, cover with aluminum foil and Roast for 70 minutes
  3. Remove from oven to rest
  4. In a saucepan add OJ through brown sugar and cook on low until thick and syrupy
  5. Cut Pork Roast, ladle la Orange sauce and dig in!
  6. We love this served with Haricot Verts. A side mixed green salad.
