Roasted Brussels Sprouts Chips

Like potato chips, only 500X better! These crispy, crunchy Roasted Brussels Sprouts Chips will have your kids begging for Brussels!

Ingredientes

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

Direcciones

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Peel the sprouts.
  3. Add olive oil and salt and toss on a rimmed bake sheet.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes. Reduce the heat to 250 degrees then bake 10 minutes more or until the leaves are crispy.
