Receta Roasted Cod With Parsley Oregano Chilli And Lime

- Season the cod steaks and pat with the herb mix.
- Preheat the oven and a roasting tray to 225C/425F/gas 7.
- Put the cod steaks into the roasting tray they will sear and sizzle immediately.
- Add in the halved limes to the tray and replace in the oven on a top shelf to slightly colour the top of the fish.
- Cook for 10 min.
- When cooked serve with the roasted limes that you can squeeze over the fish before serving
- This cod is really nice with some plainly boiled potatoes simply cooked greens or possibly a salad and some home made aioli (qv).
