Ingredientes

  • 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 x Ears corn - kernels cut from cob
  • 1 Tbsp. Jalepeno - chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Cilantro - minced
  • 1 c. Roma tomatoes -seeded, diced
  • 1/2 c. Red bell pepper - diced
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Lime juice
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  •     Salt and pepper

Direcciones

  1. Directions: Place the oil in a large saute/fry pan and heat till warm. Add in the corn and toss constantly till roasted, about five min. In a large bowl, combine roasted corn with all remaining ingredients. Serve at room temperature with the shrimp.
