Receta Roasted Garlic Hummus

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Remove white papery skin from garlic bulb (don't peel or possibly separate the cloves). Wrap garlic head in foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from oven; let cold 10 min. Separate cloves, and squeeze to extract garlic pulp. Throw away skin.
- Place roasted garlic pulp, chickpeas, and next 6 ingredients in a food processor; process till smooth, scrapping sides of processorbowl once. Spoon mix into bowl; stir in cilantro.
- Serving Ideas : Serve with baked tortilla chips or possibly pita wedges
- Yield: 1 1/2 c. (serving size: 1/4 c.)
