Receta Roasted Grapes
Roasted Grapes are super easy to make and
Super Delicious!
If you have never roasted grapes before,
You are in for a real treat.
You seriously need to try this recipe.
Chances are, once you have tasted roasted grapes,
You will never eat them any other way again~
- Serve Roasted Grapes with Whipped Cream or
- Spoon over Vanilla Ice Cream
- For a tasty Summertime Dessert~
- 1-1/2 pounds rinsed, stemmed
- red seedless grapes
- 2 T olive oil
- pinch of sea salt
- 2 t fresh grated ginger
- On a 12 x 15 inch baking pan
- Mix grapes with olive oil,
- salt, pepper and ginger
Bake at 400º
Shaking the pan occasionally,
Until grapes are blistered
About 15-18 minutes
Serve immediately~
Warm roasted grapes are delicious served with
Whipped cream or Spooned over Vanilla Ice Cream
*Flavor Options:
Fresh grated lemon or orange zest.
Crushed fennel seed, thyme leaves or rosemary.
Split and scraped vanilla bean.
Drizzle grapes with flavored vinegar such as:
Blackberry, Violet or Lavender
